Information entered by users (e.g., for membership registration) is transferred to a separate database (or stored separately for paper-based documents) once its purpose has been achieved. It is then retained for a certain period as required by internal policies or relevant laws before being destroyed.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using a technical method that prevents recovery.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties except in the following cases:

If a user requests correction of personal information errors, the Company will not use or provide that information until corrections are completed.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection or provision is fulfilled.
However, for the prevention of fraudulent membership use, certain data (e.g., resident numbers) may be retained for up to 3 months after contract termination. In cases required by other laws (such as consumer protection in e-commerce), information may be retained for a specified period.

The Company operates cookies to store and retrieve customer information. A cookie is a small text file sent by the Company’s server to the user’s browser, stored on the user’s hard disk.
